YHFQ-C1300 Computerized Automatic High-speed Slitting Machine

This machine is suitable for slitting various rolls of materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, aluminum foil, paper, etc.

1. The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC and operated through a touch screen human-machine interface.

2. Unwinding mechanism:

(1) Magnetic powder brake (Ruian Shengda 1 set) is used for unwinding, and the coil diameter is calculated by PLC to achieve constant unwinding tension control.

(2) The unwinding adopts a sliding rail type air top loading, and the feeding adopts a hydraulic automatic swing arm type. The clamping adopts manual initial positioning and cylinder pair clamping positioning.

(3) Guide axis automatic correction.

3. Traction mechanism: The traction drive adopts a vector motor (variable frequency control) driven by synchronous pulleys to achieve constant linear speed control.

4. Roll up institution:

(1) The winding transmission adopts a vector motor to drive the upper and lower magnetic powder clutches (Ruian Shengda 2 units), and the PLC automatically calculates the winding diameter to achieve winding tension taper control.

(2) Adopting pneumatic clutch and pneumatic locking mechanism.

(3) Floating pressure roller with air cap

(4) Roll up using inflatable shafts: 2 (Ruian Menghui)

5. Traction roller mechanism: The roller adopts an air top floating type

6. Cutting mechanism and waste edge treatment:

The cutting method adopts flat blade cutting. The waste edge is automatically blown out by the fan.

8. The system has functions such as preset meter counting, fixed roll diameter calculation, and equal cutting.

9. Equipped with (Bat Technology) correction device (1 unit), it can accurately control the accuracy of the end face.

10. Aluminum rollers (Wenzhou), rubber rollers (Wenzhou), bearings (Harbin), electrical appliances (Chint), synchronous belts (Shanghai).

11. All optical axes are quenched and tempered and chrome plated.
