Application:

This machine is a newly developed next-generation four-sides sealing product independently developed by our company, suitable for packaging sheet-like materials such as medical dressings, gauze pads, and plasters. It integrates mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and magnetic systems, controlled by a PLC programmable motion controller, enabling programmatic operation and parameter adjustment. The machine consists of automatic feeding, film unwinding and slitting mechanism, film traction and feeding mechanism, multi-row feeding mechanism, batch number printing mechanism, automatic film heat-sealing tracking mechanism, longitudinal and transverse cutting mechanism, and finished product conveying mechanism. It features innovative design, compact and rational structure, superior performance, and convenient operation and maintenance, allowing standalone production or connection with slicing machines and blister Packaging Machines.

1) The host servo parameterized speed regulation can adapt to various packaging materials. The entire machine is driven by servo motors, offering excellent adjustment, maintenance, and control performance.
