Product Introduction

With increasing personnel turnover in pharmaceutical companies, rising labor costs, and declining maintenance capabilities, product design and improvement are shifting toward "digital intelligence." This requires high automation, efficiency, stability, and low maintenance frequency in equipment. We introduce a fully servo-driven, data-operated system where operations and product type adjustments are completed via a touchscreen (capable of storing operational data, allowing retrieval by simply entering the product name without manual tuning). The system supports server uploads and remote monitoring/maintenance.

Servo systems correspond to: forming servo, forming traction servo, aluminum foil alignment servo (optional), heat sealing servo, punching stepper servo, and punching servo, totaling six major servo systems.



The innovative design-style PVC rapid docking platform enables simple replacement of PVC and PVC docking, significantly reducing packaging material change time and lowering operator technical requirements. The external PVC roll stand allows placement of large PVC rolls, minimizing packaging material replacement and ensuring efficient production and operational performance of the equipment.

The constant tension material storage balance swing ensures the softened PVC remains flat without wrinkling, while avoiding frequent start-stop cycles of the feeding motor by applying vertical tension to the PVC. Additionally, it features a manual adjustment alignment device for PVC, guaranteeing no deviation in the material path.



PID heating method ensures precise temperature control and extends the lifespan of the heater, similar to the pulse heating of energy-saving lamps. With a minimum service life of at least 4 years, it features imported composite flat coating for enhanced wear resistance and more uniform heat conduction.
