1). It can automatically complete tasks such as folding the leaflet, opening and shaping the papr box, packaging the sections, printing batch numbers, and sealing with plug inserts. And it can be equipped with a hot melt

adhesive system to complete the sealing of the spray box.

2). The machine is controlled by PLC. The photoelectric real-time

monitoring of the actions of each workstation can automatically shut down and display the cause in case of any abnormalities during operation, in order to promptly troubleshoot.

3). The rack is equipped with a main drive servo motor, which can trigger an

alarm and automatically shut down the machine in case of overload, ensuring the safety of the entire machine.

4). The machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device. No material, automatic not feeding leaflet, not paper box suction, convenient for linkage

7). Automatic shutdown due to lack of leaflet or box, and automatic alarm and shutdown due to blocked box.

8). Automatic intelligent detection of push head overload. When overload occurs, the push head guide rail will automatically open and stop the

machine with an alarm. Protect the push head to prevent damage to the equipment.

9). Detection of missing leaflet in the box, real-time scanning of the inside of the paper box through fluorescence detection photoelectric technology. If

there is no leaflet, the paper box will be automatically removed.

10). Leaflet detection: After the push head completes the material pushing process, the box mouth is scanned in real-time to check for any remaining materials or instructions. If any materials or leaflet are found, the machine will automatically shut down and an alarm will be triggered.

11). Plug sealing box detection: When the photoelectric detection detects that the plug sealing box is not in place, the subsequent removal station will

automatically remove it.

12). Special needs can add audit tracking function (optional).
